Service Description
During this in-depth 90 min session , we will review intake forms and assessments. We will work together to figure out your root causes and create an in-depth plan to detox, support the body and bring balance. You will receive intake forms when booking and will need to get these back to me. *****IMPORTANT: Please book this call at least 7 days in advance, and return the intake forms at least 24 hours before your session. ******* After this session, you will receive session notes, a detailed protocol and a supplement schedule.
Cancellation Policy
Please give notice for cancellation or rescheduling. If late for session, it may not be extended out of respect to other clients whose appointments follow. Please respect my time, and I'll respect yours. ** Please do not book a call with me if you cannot commit to showing up or letting me know you cannot make it. No shows will not be able to re-book calls or services at a later date.
